Federal Suit Against McCain Campaign for "Inciting Violence"

A Kansas City lawyer and supporter of Barack Obama for president has filed suit in federal court, alleging that the Republican ticket has incited violence against the Democratic nominee.

In her lawsuit against Sen. John McCain, Gov. Sarah Palin and campaign manager Rick Davis, Mary Kay Green said she had been injured by their campaign tactics and suffered “terror of the heart, anxiety and grave fear” for Obama’s life.

Green said the GOP campaign had used hate speech to work its supporters into a frenzy, leading to death threats against Obama. Of course, when she says "hate speech" she doesn't count stuff like this. The lawsuit, which was filed Tuesday, has been assigned to a federal court mediation program for resolution.

This woman should be medicated and put in a padded cell. Virtually every single incidence of violence in this campaign has been committed by Obama thugs. The latest daily incident occurred in New York City yesterday when an Obama supporter snatched a sign from a McCain campaign volunteer and bashed her over the head with it.

This is by far the strangest news story of the day, even stranger than Joe the Plumber becoming the center of the US Presidential campaign. It also relates directly to the global economic meltdown:

It seems that an Israeli Real Estate company was developing a resort on a tiny, remote Caribbean island when the US company financing the project, Lehman Brothers, collapsed, causing the project to shut down. The Israelis had hired about 300 Chinese laborers and were forced to inform them that the project had been canceled and, apparently, that there was no money to pay them. The Chinese laborers promptly took their Israeli supervisors hostage and are holding out until they are paid. The island is tiny, and is owned by Great Britain.

So what we have here is a situation where a group of Chinese laborers have conquered a British owned Island and have taken 12 Israelis hostage because a US investment bank failed. GOOD LORD!!!

They lie, cheat and steel their way to power, appealing to laziness, low standards and free goodies paid for by other peoples money (OPM). Obama ran as the most left-wing candidate in the field during the primaries, and now in the general election has the gall to run as a tax-cutting, security minded, Israel supporting, gun owners rights loving, family values candidate. The concept of shame is foreign to him and his party in general.

Astonishingly, McCain let that fly and most viewers probably accepted this idea, especially because Republicans generally do favor deregulation; Except when it came to handing out sub-prime mortgages backed by the government to folks who are completely unqualified; that was championed by Democrats and Obama, and actively opposed by Republicans.... Just a minor detail that Obama left out.

Obama Campaign Sicks the Secret Service on "Rude" Citizen

It's become almost a daily occurrence now. Obama police-state tactics, voter fraud, intimidation... The man is not in power and already a troubling atmosphere of a third-world thugocracy has descended upon America.

Jessica Hughes of Lufkin, Texas, former Marine, mother of three, answered her cell phone in the car, coming home from the emergency room. Her 9-year-old had suffered a mild concussion, but was OK.

The caller was a female Obama volunteer who asked if Jessica would support Obama for president.

Jessica replied, "No, I don't support him. Your guy is a socialist who voted four times in the state Senate to let little babies die in hospital closets; I think you should find something better to do with your time." Then Jessica hung up.

The next day, a man and a woman in suits showed up at the door of her home, identifying themselves as members of the Secret Service.

The Secret Service agents stated that the Obama campaign had complained of a death threat. They had quoted Jessica as saying, "I will never support Obama, and he will wind up dead on a hospital floor."

Jessica's husband had heard Jessica's side of the original phone call and verified the actual quote. To which the female agent replied, "Oh? Well why would she (the Obama volunteer) make that up?"

Jessica replied that the Obama volunteer was probably unhappy about what Jessica had said about her candidate. The female agent then said "That's right, you were rude!"

The male agent then displayed a file with Jessica's full name prominently printed on it and asked her how she felt about Obama. At this point, the former Marine told the agent "in no uncertain terms" (as she later recounted) that this was America and that the last time she checked, she was allowed to think whatever she wanted without being questioned by the Secret Service. And was being "rude" a federal crime now too?

Actually, I just made that up; Obama hasn't released a statement yet. But when he does, I can almost guarantee you it will be something like the above. Very similar to his William Ayres, Tony Rezko, Khaled Rasheed, Father Flager, and other disassociation remarks (The Reverend Wright disassociation was in a different league).

Anyway, when the Obama disassociation statement comes (and it will), I'll compare and contrast.

UPDATE: OK, hours later, we now have a statement from the Obama campaign, although not from Obama himself:

"Rev. Jesse Jackson Sr. is not an adviser to the Obama campaign and is therefore in no position to interpret or share Barack Obama's views on Israel and foreign policy," Obama national security spokeswoman Wendy Morigi said in a statement.

"As he has made clear throughout his career and throughout this campaign, Barack Obama has a fundamental commitment to a strong U.S.-Israel relationship ... As president, he will ensure that Israel can defend itself from every threat it faces, stand with Israel in its quest for a secure peace with its neighbors, and use all elements of American power to end Iran's illicit nuclear program.

"No false charges can change Barack Obama's unshakable commitment to Israel's security."

Hmmm, I'd say I did pretty well, although the statement would be even more similar to mine if it came directly from Obama. Lets see if he addresses it directly.And what was that "no false charges" thing. Is he accusing Jackson of making a "false charge?" I thought he was just making an observation as one of Obama's most high profile supporters, not as a political enemy.

Well, you can always count on the loose cannon Jesse Jackson to accidentally tell the truth.

According to Jesse Jackson, Jews and their Christian Zionist co-conspirators who have "controlled US policy" will now lose clout with Obama in the White House. The most important change would occur in the Middle East, where "decades of putting Israel's interests first" would end.

This of course contradicts the carefully crafted Obama lies. In a wide ranging interview with Amir Tahiri of the New York Post, Jackson expanded on his close relationship with Obama and how things are going to "change":

"Obama is about change," Jackson told me in a wide-ranging conversation. "And the change that Obama promises is not limited to what we do in America itself. It is a change of the way America looks at the world and its place in it."

Jackson warns that he isn't an Obama confidant or adviser, "just a supporter." But he adds that Obama has been "a neighbor or, better still, a member of the family." Jackson's son has been a close friend of Obama for years, and Jackson's daughter went to school with Obama's wife Michelle.

"We helped him start his career," says Jackson. "And then we were always there to help him move ahead. He is the continuation of our struggle for justice not only for the black people but also for all those who have been wronged."

"Barack is determined to repair our relations with the world of Islam and Muslims," Jackson says. "Thanks to his background and ecumenical approach, he knows how Muslims feel while remaining committed to his own faith."

'Hope and Change' strikes Portland as Obama Nazi-Youth terrorists threw a firebomb in the dead of night at a home sporting a McCain sign. Of course, recently Representative John Lewis complained about McCain stoking the flames of hatred. Why is it that it's McCain who is "stoking the flames of hatred" while it's Obama supporters engaged in almost every violent incident and fraud since this campaign began?

Meanwhile, more "hope and change" arrived in Maryland recently when a businessman expressing his support for McCain with a sign is labeled "a slap in the face of the community".


Obama supporters are calling for Nazi-style organized boycotts (another form of political terrorism) of the business for simply freely expressing support for McCain . “Businesspeople have to be mindful of the sentiments and sensibilities of their market trading area, and Prince George’s County is overwhelmingly for Obama,” said community activist Arthur Turner of Kettering, who was among those advocating a boycott. “People I have talked to look at the sign as a slap in the face. They feel it was blatant disrespect. . . . I have heard people say they will no longer patronize Colony South because of that disrespect.” So merely supporting McCain is now "disrespectful" to Obama supporters.

UPDATE: A few Obama supporters e-mailed and complained that I described the thugs above as "Obama Terrorists". I stand by that comment even though, of course, they likely acted on their own without orders from headquarters, just as most PLO terrorist cells acted on their own without orders from headquarters. The point is that they are engaged in political terrorism on behalf of what they perceive as the interests of a political candidate and cause; And that candidate is Obama.

Good lord! after reading the details about this trooper, I would say that Palin abused her power by not acting forcefully enough to get him fired. If the Governor of a State is aware of an out of control law enforcement official and does nothing? That would be negligence in the extreme.

Trooper Wooten has been married and divorced four times in his young life. He:

• Used a Taser on his stepson.

• He illegally shot a moose.

• He drank beer in his patrol car.

• He told others his father-in-law would "eat a f'ing lead bullet" if he helped his daughter get an attorney for the divorce.

Trooper commanders saw cause to discipline or give written instructions to correct Wooten seven times since he joined the force. Those incidents included: a reprimand in January 2004 for negligent damage to a state vehicle; a January 2005 instruction after being accused of speeding, unsafe lane changes, following too closely and not using turn signals in his state vehicle; a June 2005 instruction regarding personal cell phone calls; an October 2005 suspension from work after getting a speeding ticket; and a November 2005 memo "to clarify duty hours, tardiness and personal business during duty time."

Half of that is enough to justify immediate termination for virtually any job. What kind of low standards do they have up there for State Troopers.

John McCain Has Apperently Decided to Lose the Election

I and other bloggers have done all we can, but apparently McCain is not serious about highlighting Obama's associations with with Reverend Wright or with William Ayres for that matter, and now it could already be too late and seen as an act of desperation. If he was serious:

(1) He could put lots of money into a Wright/Ayres ad -- video press releases don't cut it.
(2) He could devote a stump speech exclusively to Obama's associations.
(3) He could mention Wright and Ayers in a debate.

From the earliest stages of this campaign he has refused to do any of that. Again, large numbers of rank and file Republicans will not fight for a man who will not fight for himself, and they will not fight for a man who thinks he's above all of this and would risk handing over the keys to the kingdom to a hard core socialist... for his own appearances sake.

The Obama campaign’s Muslim outreach director participated in a meeting in mid September that was attended by several controversial Muslim activists, NBC News has learned. On September 15, newly named Muslim outreach director Minha Husaini spoke to a small group of Muslim leaders and potential Obama supporters at a hotel in Springfield, Virginia, several meeting participants and the campaign said. Two other Obama-affiliated Democratic Party workers joined Husaini and also spoke to the crowd. Some Virginia and Washington, D.C.-based Muslim activists and interested citizens attended, and fliers were passed out from “Arab Americans for Obama” stating Sen. Obama’s goals for achieving peace in the Middle East, protecting the civil liberties of Arab Americans and ending the war in Iraq.

The attendees:
One meeting attendee was Mahdi Bray of the Muslim American Society, several of the participants said. The MAS website describes Bray as an imam and “long time civil and human rights activist.” Bray’s critics say he has a history of defending terrorists. They point to a video of Bray at a rally in 2000, for example, in which he can be seen pumping his fist in the air in support of the terrorist groups Hamas and Hezbollah. Also attending the meeting was Nihad Awad, executive director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations.

Chicago-based lawyer Mazen Asbahi also attended the meeting. He is the Obama campaign’s former Muslim outreach coordinator, who abruptly resigned in August after the Wall Street Journal and websites that track fundamentalist Islam began questioning Asbahi’s involvement in an Islamic investment fund and various Islamic groups.

I'm not sure how he expects others to fight for him when he refuses to fight for himself. If I sound frustrated it's because I am.

Jonah Goldberg' analysis of Joe Biden's performance during the VP debate is spot on. It is truly amazing how stupid and shallow folks in the mainstream media are. All of this went right over their heads not only because of bias, but also because of basic ignorance:

Overwhelmingly, the professional political class proclaimed that he blew her away on "specifics" and "knowledge" and "seriousness." The New York Times said Biden avoided making any gaffes, "while showing a clear grasp of the big picture and the details." The Wall Street Journal's Gerald Seib proclaimed on ABC's "This Week" that Biden avoided any "verbal excesses or rhetorical flourishes."

The Associated Press called Biden the "master senator ... rattling off foreign policy details with ease."

And that's true in a sense. Biden was at ease; he easily rattled off a string of falsehoods and gasbaggeries.

According to the master senator, the U.S. and France "kicked Hezbollah out of Lebanon." Afterward, according to Biden, "I said and Barack said, 'Move NATO forces in there. Fill the vacuum, because if you don't know -- if you don't, Hezbollah will control it.' " Perhaps Biden meant to say the U.S. and France kicked Syria out of Lebanon. But even this is woefully glib. Syria never fully abandoned Lebanon. And there was no "vacuum" for Hezbollah to fill. The terrorist group was already firmly in control of southern Lebanon and part of the government. No one remembers Biden and Obama fighting for the stupidly impossible NATO move either.

Biden insisted it's "just simply not true" that Obama has said he'd "sit down with [Iranian President Mahmoud] Ahmadinejad," even though in the primaries Biden criticized Obama for exactly that.

Biden bragged about how he and Obama have focused on Pakistan, insisting that "Pakistan's weapons can already hit Israel and the Mediterranean." Um, no. Their missiles don't get halfway there.

The constitutional law professor scornfully mocked Dick Cheney because the vice president "doesn't realize that Article I of the Constitution defines the role of the vice president. That's the executive branch." Wrong. Article I defines the Legislature, Article II the executive branch. Both define the role of the VP.

He flatly said that McCain voted with Obama on a tax hike. He didn't. He said McCain's healthcare plan amounted to a tax hike. It doesn't. Biden said we "must" drill for oil, but that ain't how he's voted. He said he's for clean coal, but just this month he passionately insisted to a voter that "we're not supporting clean coal" and vowed "no coal plants here in America." The scrapper from Scranton boasted about bonding with the common folks at a restaurant that's been closed for two decades.

These are not just gaffs, these are whoppers of a gigantic magnitude. Had Palin came even close to these types of stunning gaffs, she would have been laughed out of town. Yet when Biden does it, the zombies simply nod their head in agreement and say wow, isn't he sooooo smart.

My headline two posts ago read "JCER - 'Jewish' Scam Artists," was more than dead on. As it turns out, the former Generals and Mossad operatives that appeared in the Video are now complaining that they were scammed by the JCER.

"It's not only misleading, it was an interview about what the next president was going to have to deal with," former deputy chief of General Staff Maj.-Gen. (res.) Uzi Dayan told The Jerusalem Post. "And to know that they used this interview and took five seconds, and put me in a list of people praising Barack Obama…

"It wasn't about the campaign, it was about the political and security issues of the Middle East that the next president should be involved in," he continued. "Nothing was said about Obama or [Republican presidential candidate John] McCain."

"I don't want other people to interfere in my elections, and I must not interfere with the elections in the United States," he said, adding that to do so would be neither "ethical nor smart."

Former Mossad chief Ephraim Halevy, who appeared in the video praising the Democratic candidate, also said that he was misled.

"I was interviewed for a documentary dealing with what issues the new American president must deal with regarding the Middle East," Halevy told the Post. "I was asked about the candidates, and was complimentary to both."

But when asked about his opinion on who was more qualified to be president, Halevy said that he had rejected the question.

"I said that I thought it was inappropriate for an Israeli to advise Americans on who they should vote for, as it would be for them to advise Israelis on who they should vote for prime minister," he said.

I do find it mildly amusing that the former head of the Mossad and the few former IDF Generals who appeared in the JCER video, and all of whom are well known left-wingers, were so easily bamboozled by this Obama 527. The naivete is stunning and leads one to wonder how easily they may be bamboozled by far more cunning parties, like say... the President of Iran Ahamedinejad.

Their latest video has recruited a panoply of leftist former army and Mossad officers who support Democratic Presidential candidate Barack Hussein Obama. In Israel, where most of the country serves in the IDF, there is no shortage of 'security experts' who would give the country to the 'Palestinians.' One of them - who does not appear in this video - is the current head of the Labor party, Ehud Barak. So let's go to the videotape, and then I'll tell you who some of these 'experts' are and then we'll try to look a bit at who JCER is. Hint: This is the second time you've seen them this weekend.
Let's talk about the JCER first because that's the juicy part. The JCER are the same people who are sponsoring the Columbus Day trip to Florida to convince grandparents to vote for Obama. Yes, that's the group that put together the video by that sick yenta Sarah Silverman that Jackie Mason debunked on Friday.

Despite its lofty-sounding name, JCER is not a Jewish organization per se. It's a 527organization started by a couple of rich, young, leftist Jews, who decided to find their Jewish identity through liberalism.

"C’mon, he writes housing and banking laws and his boyfriend is a top exec at a firm that stands to gain from those laws?" A GOP aide told FOX News. "No media ever takes note? Imagine what would happen if Frank’s political affiliation was R instead of D? Imagine what the media would say if [GOP former] Chairman [Mike] Oxley’s wife or [GOP presidential nominee John] McCain’s wife was a top exec at Fannie for a decade while they wrote the nation’s housing and banking laws."

Frank met Moses in 1987, the same year he became the first openly gay member of Congress. "I am the only member of the congressional gay spouse caucus," Moses wrote in the Washington Post in 1991. "On Capitol Hill, Barney always introduces me as his lover." According to National Mortgage News, Moses "helped develop many of Fannie Mae’s affordable housing and home improvement lending programs."

Of course, such programs led to the mortgage meltdown that prompted last month’s government takeover of Fannie Mae and its financial cousin, Freddie Mac. The giant firms are blamed for spreading bad mortgages throughout the private financial sector and putting the country on the brink of financial meltdown.

Oh yeah, and Frank's background also includes a live-in "partner" who ran a gay prostitution ring out of his apartment.

Of course Fannie and Freddie also acted as Frank and Dodd's political slush fund where they received large, consist ant and reliable contributions. Now that Frank's house of cards comes crumbling down, he takes no responsibility. Also check out the "all you need to know about the mortgage meltdown" videos on the side bar showing Frank and his minions on the House Financial Services Committee killing all Republican efforts to clamp down on Fannie and Freddie. That's why when Dems use the "Republicans were against regulations" argument, it may be affective for stupid folks, but for those in the know, it's truly laughable, especially as it relates to Fannie and Freddie, the well known Democrat cash cows.

This should not be a partisan issue, but there is simply no mistaking who caused this crisis. the NRCC finally have the guts to tell it like it is:

Biden did very well (even though he fudged basic facts). Palin not only exceeded expectations by a mile, she bested Biden where it counts, on likability. The big losers where Katie Couric and Charles Gibson. This was simply not the woman portrayed in the heavily edited segments released by these two biased media creatures.
