Finally: Israel Seeking To Purchase the Phalanx

A year ago I recommended that Israel purchase the Vulcan-Phalanx as a reasonably good, relatively inexpensive solution to Israel's Gaza missile problem. Unfortunately nothing was done and civilians along the Gaza border have had to endure another year of endless barrage of primitive missiles that could easily be shot down by the Phalanx, as Israel stubbornly insists on developing a domestic system that may take years to materialize.
