Al Franken Challenging This Ballot:

Take a hard look at this ballot marking. Who do you think this person voted for? Al Franken says he wants "every vote counted", yet for some strange reason he wants this ballot thrown out... because it's really not clear to him who this person voted for. Is Al Franken sincere about counting EVERY vote, or just Al Franken votes? You make the call:

    kinda looks like hmmm maybe um a arrow pointing dowm to the Franken oval circlely thingy, yep a arrow definately pointing to the voters choice.Is circlely a word?
