    Very self explanatory. Historical track records helps in predicting how well a person can make decisions, however, Obama has shown some willingness to assist Israel militarily, although he has a lot o pressure from Congress to do so. Israel can offer back to him computer network support as a show of gratitude. Israelis are good with technology.
