EMP Over Iran, Sometime This Summer?

An Electro-Magnetic Pulse (EMP) over Iran sometime this summer: A nuke 'detonated 120 miles above Iran with minimal or no civilian casualties. This would destroy every transistor, electrical grid and every computer processing chip in the country. Instantly Iran would literally be thrown back into the 12th century (not that in many ways is isn't already there). Nothing would work. No electrical power, no transportation, no radio or television----------------nothing. The country would be thrown into total chaos and anarchy. In one fell swoop Iran's air force, navy, and army would be struck a fatal blow, and the regime would be deaf, dumb, and blind, and wide open for destruction of all of it's nuclear facilities and the bulk of its military capabilities in a matter of days, if not less. The Iranian regime could totally collapse within a week.'
