The snotty comment from that Doctor who said "makes me almost ashamed to be an American" is completely out of line. No country is doing more right now than the US, with a huge hospital ship on the way and thousands of troops to maintain order. Other than that, it's a fascinating piece.
UPDATE: Bill Clinton responds to slow response charge, from the above report and reacts to the speed of Israeli field hospital. In this case Clinton is absolutely correct. The US is carrying the heavy load here by far, and there is no place for this type of finger-pointing.
