Judge Sotomayor: I got caught up in Identity-Polities & Racism, Please Accept My Momentary Backpedal for Confirmation Purposes

Of course, she uses legalistic BS to say the above so your average TV viewing yahoo won't get it, yet every senator in the room with half a brain got it... I'm not sure if Frankin did.

Below is Lindsey Graham's opening statement from yesterday. He reminds us of what the Presidents standards were when others came up for confirmation to the Supreme Court:
