Mentally Ill Loons Harrass Donald Rumsfeld at the White House Corospondents Dinner

Quick, somebody call guys in white robs and a stretcher:

Apparently it's the same loon who did this a while back to Condoleezza Rice. Isn't there some kind of institution for people like this?
