Solar powered, it can hover over any territory on earth for five years, at an altitude of 90,000 feet. It can fly from one regional hot spot to another, lingering quietly in the sky gathering visual and electronic intelligence, transmitting communications. One day it will be armed with laser guided missiles and will be able to rain death on an ususpecting target that has been track for years....anywhere on Earth. No place to run, no place to hide.
