New Palestinian Sport: Hamas and Fatah Engage in Roof Tossing of Rivals Competition

New Palestinian Sport: Palestinian in-fighting took a grisly turn on Sunday, when Hamas gunmen kidnapped Muhammad Sawirki, a 24-year-old Fatah member of President Abbas's elite presidential guard, took him to the roof of a 15-storey apartment building and threw him to his death. Ahaaaaaaaa. A few hours later Hamas "activist" Husam Abu Kainas, 26, was captured by Fatah "activists" and was promptly taken to the roof of a 12 storey building and tossed to his death. Ahaaaaaaaa. Meanwhile, no word yet from Amnesty International or the UN Human Rights Commission on this new trend.

In other Palestinian news: Hamas laid siege to the house of Jamal Abu al-Jediyan, the senior Fatah official in northern Gaza, then dragged him outside and killed him, security officials said. Medics said his body was riddled by 45 bullets.

Early Tuesday, three women and a child were killed when Hamas militants attacked the home of another senior Fatah security official with mortars and grenades, Palestinian security officials said. The gunmen seized Hassan Abu Rabie and killed his 14-year-old son and three other women in the house.

Also, Fatah gunmen stormed the house of a Hamas lawmaker and burned it to the ground.

Earlier Monday, Hamas gunmen killed Fatah intelligence officer Yasser Bakar, and his 16-year old brother. The incident prompted members of his family to launch a revenge shooting spree. Two members of Hamas, barricaded inside Gaza's biggest hospital, Shifa, were killed during the melee. Hospital officials reported that Bakar gunmen began firing mortars and rocket-propelled grenades at Shifa Hospital, drawing Hamas fire from inside the building. During the Shifa fighting, top Hamas militant Mazen Ajur was killed.

Meanwhile, Palestinian Prime Minister Haniyeh's house in the Shati neighborhood, adjacent to Gaza City was attacked by Fatah gunmen. His office wouldn't say whether he was inside, but his family said that his wife, children and grandchildren had been at home. It was the first time in a month of infighting that the Prime Minister himself was an apparent target.

Good freaking lord! One could only imagine what the world reaction would be if Israel had been involved in anything like that. Attacking hospitals with rocket propelled grenades as other gunmen take refuge there, rounding up and killing entire families, including women and children, executing captured leaders of opposing factions in the street, tossing prisoners off of roofs. Welcome to Palestine. Lefties will undoubtedly find a way to blame the Jews.
