Israei Offensive Now on? Who Knows?

The Israeli Governments inexcusable confusion continues. The offensive that has been on and off for the 4th time is now…. on again. At this rate, we would not be surprised if in the next few hours it will be…off again. The confusion has been viewed as a sign of Israeli weakness by both the UN who have proceeded to formulate cease-fire language disadvantageous to Israel, and by Hezbollah, who have had by now all the time in the world to adjust and prepare for any Israeli strategy on the ground, a reality that will surely cost more Israeli lives. Success on the ground will help offset the glaring fiasco, but the greater casualties that will now be suffered as a result of incompetence and procrastination at the political level will have a reckoning at a later date.
