Chris Matthews asks: "Is Bill Clinton the Master of the Universe?"

PUKE ALERT: In a real "Hardball" question, Chris "I have a tingle up my leg" Matthews is running a headline on his TV show... and I kid you not: "Is Bill Clinton the Master of the Universe?" With the possible exception of Keith Olbermann, Chris Mathews is the literally the dumbest talking head on TV.
