Former IDF Chief Yaalon: "We Must Consider Killing Ahmadinejad."

Well, apparently, Yaalon, whom I have met on a number of occasions did not graduate from the Joe Gelman school of diplomacy and etiquette. Apparently, Yaalon thinks that it's OK to mouth off everything that pops into his head:

"We have to consider killing him [Ahmedinejad]. All options must be considered."
Unfortunately, too many Israelis have come to confuse big talk with action (like Nasser before the 67 war), as if blathering off comments like that will have any meaningful affect on the ground... other than to make Israel look bad and alert Ahmadinejad's security. Yaalon, who is up for a possible appointment as Israel's Defense Minister if Likud wins the coming election, should know better. I don't know many people who will mourn the death of Ahmedinejad, I certainly won't, but if you're going to do something, do it. Trash talk is cheep and counter productive in the extreme.

  1. Nonsense..

    Making statements like that makes the Iranians freak out...

    Mind screw them all the time... Make them stay on alert for prolonged periods of time... They will lose in the end...

    Screw with their minds...

    Spread rumors about spies within Hezbollah, Iran and syria let them create a state of fear...

  2. You may be right, but there are ways of spreading disinformation and confusion without leaders actually making themselves look foolish.

  3. No disagreement there...

    But to understand how information is spread n this new day, one MUSt consider all avenues...

    Hezbollah, Syria, Iran and Hamas are all distrustful of each other and at the same time on the same team...

    if I had any control of any information, i'd be spreading all sorts of rumors and leaks to cause them all kinds of inter-team fighting.

    The BEST way to solve the current issue is governmental changes in Iran, Hezbollah and Syria...

    Time to sow discord amongst the rats...

    I just hope the Israelis have not gone to sleep and are going to allow this BIG mistake of allowing iran to go to the next level...

    The timing is perfect for a strike...

    OIL is over supplied to the world...

    The economy is the issue not iran...

    The world could give a hoot about iran...

    Strike NOW before the next POTUS is in office...

  4. SIGN THE PETITION TO FORCE BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA TO PRESENT HIS QUALIFICATIONS.

    PETITION FOR PUBLIC RELEASE OF
    BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE

    To: Electoral College, Congress of the United States, Federal Elections Commission, U.S. Supreme Court, President of the United States, other controlling legal authorities

    Whereas, by requirement of the United States Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, no one can be sworn into office as president of the United States without being a natural born citizen;

    Whereas, there is sufficient controversy within the citizenry of the United States as to whether presidential election winner Barack Obama was actually born in Hawaii as he claims;

    Whereas, Barack Obama has refused repeated calls to release publicly his entire Hawaiian birth certificate, which would include the actual hospital that performed the delivery;

    Whereas, lawsuits filed in several states seeking only proof of the basic minimal standard of eligibility have been rebuffed;

    Whereas, Hawaii at the time of Obama's birth allowed births that took place in foreign countries to be registered in Hawaii;

    Whereas, concerns that our government is not taking this constitutional question seriously will result in diminished confidence in our system of free and fair elections;
