Exit polling from Israel TV moments ago indicate that Tzipi Livni has won the Kadima party primary with a wide margin. Prime Minster Olmert has announced that he will resign shortly after today's primary, leaving Livni to establish Israel's next government in the coming days. Livni will become Israel's second female Prime Minister after Golda Meir.
