Congress Votes to Sue OPEC

Only a group of American lefty lawyer/politicians could possibly come up with this one. They've got OPEC shaking in their boots now. What's next? Maybe they can send Hans Blix over to serve OPEC with the lawsuit:

Just think of Blix as the US Congress, and Kim Jong Ill as OPEC, and you begin to get the picture.
