Bill Clinton: They Want Hillary to cry uncle before the Democratic Party has to decide what to do in Florida and Michigan - Why?

I don't usually agree with Bill Clinton but on this matter, his political analysis is absolutely correct. Hillary could easily end up with the most popular votes. That would embarrass the Democratic party.
