Kucinich: Bush is Mentally Ill, and oh yeah...I saw a UFO

Democrat Presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich proclaimed President Bush to be "mentally ill", shortly before dropping the bombshell that he had seen a UFO...Again, The mental illness that is the left.
