Socialist Royal Warns of Violence if 'Neocon' Sarkozy Wins in France on Sunday

This is the sick image that the French left have been trying to paint of Sarkozy, the only thing missing is a big gold Star of David around his neck and a Yamakah on his head.

"Choosing Nicolas Sarkozy would be a dangerous choice... It is my responsibility today to alert people to the risk of (his) candidature with regards to the violence and brutality that would be unleashed in the country (if he won)." Pressed on whether there would be actual violence, Royal said: "I think so, I think so," she said referring specifically to France's volatile Muslim suburbs. "When a candidate has so much nerve to tell lies and counter-truths and cannot even go everywhere in the country, then yes, I think this candidature is a risk."
This of course is the typical left wing argument, YOU MUST ALWAYS GIVE IN TO THREATS OF VIOLENCE. There is no mention by Royal of respecting the democratic process, and the democratic choice. And of course, the prediction of violence could turn out to be a self fulfilling prophecy, in itself implanting ideas and inciting hot-heads to violence.

A relaxed Sarkozy who has widened his lead in the polls, laughed off her comments: "She's not in a good mood this morning. It must be the opinion polls." As corespondent Nidra poller pointed out yesterday: "The hate campaign against Sarkozy is steeped in anti-Semitic, anti-American poison;" Sarkozy was born to a Jewish mother and Catholic father and is openly pro-America and pro-Israel' a double sin to many in France, especially on the far right, among Muslim extreemists and their fellow travellers on the left. The vast middle will deliver for Sarkozy.
