This is what America is all about, and what many foreigners have difficulty grasping. A single individual, raised in the creative environment that is the product of freedom, invents a new method to produce energy. Undoubtedly, a capitalist will soon come along and use the free market to find a way to monetize this new invention and become wealthy beyond any possible dream. Government will likely play a minimal role, or no role at all. Vision-less Liberals tend to assume that the world is static, that we are all doomed because of our current system and dependency on current technologies. Of course, this fails to take into consideration the remarkable capacity of human ingenuity, and our almost endless ability to innovate and adapt to changing circumstances. A big hats off to John Kanzius of Sanibel Island.
