JL Kirk Associates Threaten to Sue Nashville Blogger Kathrin Colbe

Legal Bullying of the CAIR kind has backfired big time for one company: It looks like JL Kirk Associates and their law firm have created a massive firestorm on the Internet by suing blogger Kathrine Colbe for expressing negative comments about her experience with JL Kirk, an employment agency, on her blog. The lawsuit has been picked up by many, many blogs and instead of only a few hundred folks reading about it, hundreds of thousands are now aware of the JL Kirk Associates lawsuit, creating a nightmare of negative publicity for the company. Kathrine Colbe is now represented for free by a legal foundation that defends free speech.
