Dude, it's incredibly presumptuous to say that Baghdad is safer. Even the reporter, at the end of the segment, commented on the uncertainty of prolonged peace. Car bombs are still going off EVERY DAY. Car bombs! A two week hiatus is nothing worth bragging about, nor is it proof that our efforts are working. The cultural climate of Iraq is volatile and will continue to be so whether we stay or not. We should pull out now and spare what American lives we can.
