Whimpy LA "Boycotts" Arizona, but won't Stop Buying Their Electricity:

LA is highly dependent on Arizona for its electricity. The snot-nosed LA City Council voted for an economic boycott of Arizona, but the whoosies won't agree to have their lights shut off, and will continue to buy Arizona electricity. Hopefully, Arizona will shut LA's electricity off, or better yet, charge LA higher electrical rates to offset ANY economic damage caused by LA's declared "boycott".
