    I take it by welfare, you mean money provided to average Americans for basics like health and education (the areas that some robust democracies believe taxpayer money should be spent on), rather than to corporations and big sponsors of the Bush teams bids for the White House?

    God forbid that the money should be spent on the needs of the people who contribute the most instead of the tax-dodging elite.
