I met one guy in Iran who was once a jet fighter sent over to be trained in the U.S when Iran was under Shah's rule. Too old to fly now, but it goes to show that you have to be carefull when you send millions of dollars to certain regimes (such as the recent offering to the Saudis) and forget that somebody else might just take over later and use that expertise again you years later.
