Actually, the Navy Seals deserve the congrats, but since Obama most surely signed off on it, it would be unfair to ignore it. US special forces snuffed an Islamic radical in a precision hit in Somalia. The man responsible for blowing up a Kenyan hotel, trying to shoot down an Israeli civilian airliner, and played a role in the bombing of the US embassy in Kenya, is now permanently indisposed.
