Of course this is where the Vice President goes in case of national emergencies for safety and communications; in case the President has been incapacitated. Spy's have been put in prison for years for revealing less critical information, buy hey, he's Joe Biden. Of course, this comes only a few weeks after Obama released top secret CIA interrogation-method memos.
