Barack Obama's "safe school's czar" Kevin Jennings hid pedophilia from authorities. Now this is a serious matter. Unlike Polanski, Jennings is in a position of power on these types of matters, and his inexcusable actions were recent. Not only is he not sent to jail, he is rewarded by the US Government for his outrageous actions and strange beliefs. The US justice system has little to do with justice. It's far more about lawyers enriching themselves, prosecutors making names for themselves on their way to political careers, and liberal/conservative posturing. An institutionalized system of moral hazard.

Polanski Arrest, US Prosecutors Are Out of Their Minds

This is a 76 year old man whose parents were murdered in the Holocaust, and whose wife and child were murdered by the Manson family. He pled guilty on a plea bargain to one count of sex with a minor. He sat 40 days in jail and was under psychiatric treatment when the publicity-crazed Judge decided to ignore the plea bargain (as the prosecutor claims). All of this for a bad mistake that Polanski made 32 years ago! The victim has repeatedly begged that the matter be dropped. Polanski has paid her a half million dollars in compensation. Polanski has had a spotless record for many decades (before and after). It is the US prosecutors who should be arrested in this case. I hope the French send in a team to extricate him from this nonsense, if the Swiss decide to embarrass themselves and play along with these pathetic US prosecutors. Apparently, US prosecutors have nothing better to do with their time.

Oh yeah, and here's an update. The key US prosecutor at the time now says that he lied about the case. Only in America does justice depend on an admitted liar.

Obama, along with other Marxists like Chavez and Ortega, insists that the Honduran constitution should be ignored.

Since I am fluent in Hebrew I can summarize it: Basically, the article discloses that Russia has agreed to cooperate on the issue of Iran's nuclear program in exchange for the US's agreement to put an end to the proposed missile defense system in Poland and the Czech Republic. The article claims that the agreement was brokered by Israeli President Shimon Peres, and recent surprise trips to Moscow by both Peres and Netanyahu culminated in this development. This has not been reported in any major Western media yet but is all the news in Israel.

Looking to help struggling liberal media who act as his mouthpiece, President Obama is open to bailing them all out with taxpayer money. The Most Revolting Op-Ed I Have Read This Year

With the possible exception of Iran's President denying the Holocaust, this post on Real Clear Politics, is probably the most revolting opinion expression of 2009, a year packed with revolting opinions.

Without consulting with the United Nations or with Judge Judy, Several ex-Israel Defense Forces commandos rescued an American woman and her two-year-old son on Monday from the woman's abusive spouse, who was holding them against her will in a Palestinian village in the West Bank, Israel Radio reported. The ex-commandos spent several weeks of planning the successful rescue operation, which involved entering Palestinian Authority territory. The woman and her son landed safely in the U.S. on Tuesday.

We resolved that we, the People, would never forget. Then we forgot.

We've learned nothing.

Instead of cracking down on Islamist extremism, we've excused it.

Instead of killing terrorists, we free them.

Instead of relentlessly hunting Islamist madmen, we seek to appease them.

Instead of acknowledging that radical Islam is the problem, we elected a president who blames America, whose idea of freedom is the right for women to suffer in silence behind a veil -- and who counts among his mentors and friends those who damn our country or believe that our own government staged the tragedy of September 11, 2001.

Instead of insisting that freedom will not be infringed by terrorist threats, we censor works that might offend mass murderers. Radical Muslims around the world can indulge in viral lies about us, but we dare not even publish cartoons mocking them.

Instead of protecting law-abiding Americans, we reject profiling to avoid offending terrorists. So we confiscate granny's shampoo at the airport because the half-empty container could hold 3.5 ounces of liquid.

Instead of insisting that Islamist hatred and religious apartheid have no place in our country, we permit the Saudis to continue funding mosques and madrassahs where hating Jews and Christians is preached as essential to Islam.

Instead of confronting Saudi hate-mongers, our president bows down to the Saudi king.

Instead of recognizing the Saudi-sponsored Wahhabi cult as the core of the problem, our president blames Israel.

Instead of asking why Middle Eastern civilization has failed so abjectly, our president suggests that we're the failures.

Instead of taking every effective measure to cull information from terrorists, the current administration threatens CIA agents with prosecution for keeping us safe.

Instead of proudly and promptly rebuilding on the site of the Twin Towers, we've committed ourselves to the hopeless, useless task of rebuilding Afghanistan. (Perhaps we should have built a mosque at Ground Zero -- the Saudis would've funded it.)

Instead of taking a firm stand against Islamist fanaticism, we've made a cult of negotiations -- as our enemies pursue nuclear weapons; sponsor terrorism; torture, imprison, rape and murder their own citizens -- and laugh at us.

Instead of insisting that Islam must become a religion of responsibility, our leaders in both parties continue to bleat that "Islam's a religion of peace," ignoring the curious absence of Baptist suicide bombers.

Instead of requiring new immigrants to integrate into our society and conform to its public values, we encourage and subsidize anti-American, woman-hating, freedom-denying bigotry in the name of toleration.

Instead of pursuing our enemies to the ends of the earth, we help them sue us.

We've dishonored our dead and whitewashed our enemies. A distinctly unholy alliance between fanatical Islamists abroad and a politically correct "elite" in the US has reduced 9/11 to the status of a non-event, a day for politicians to preen about how little they've done.

We've forgotten the shock and the patriotic fury Americans felt on that bright September morning eight years ago. We've forgotten our identification with fellow citizens leaping from doomed skyscrapers. We've forgotten the courage of airline passengers who would not surrender to terror.

We've forgotten the men and women who burned to death or suffocated in the Pentagon. We've forgotten our promises, our vows, our commitments.

We've forgotten what we owe our dead and what we owe our children. We've even forgotten who attacked us.

We have betrayed the memory of our dead. In doing so, we betrayed ourselves and our country. Our troops continue to fight -- when they're allowed to do so -- but our politicians have surrendered.

Are we willing to let the terrorists win?

A British soldier was killed, in a daring raid to free a New York Times reporter being held by the Taliban. "This guy [the journalist] was told not to go in there. He was told by local officials," said a western military source. "But being stupid should not give you a death sentence. How do you decide when not to go in? That's the hard thing? When do you give a bad man with a gun the right to decide. You always go back and get someone." He appointed a communist nut-job as his "green jobs Czar", and is desperately trying to nationalize large chunks of the US economy. He is a radical loony toon wrapped in "moderate" drag.

So is it any wonder that he hates Israel? Unfortunately for him, Israelis know it and aren't buying any of his "we are committed to Israel's security" rhetoric. Netanyahu should continue to play this jerk-off like a fiddle. We will see who suffers greater political damage at the end of the day.

Y-Net Has the Scoop on the Missing/Found Russian Ship, Arctic Sea

A Ynet investigation revealed Wednesday that the hijacking of the Russian vessel 'Arctic Sea' was ordered by the Russian government. The Kremlin has so far kept silent on the matter, after having arrested the alleged hijackers on August 18 and charging them with kidnapping and piracy. It has made no comment on reports speculating Israel was behind the deed, and Jerusalem has followed suit.

Apparently, private Russian businessmen sold S-300 and X-500 missiles to Iran, which were on the ship. When the Kremlin got wind of the deal (probably from Mossad), they sent a special unit to "hijack" their own ship and recover the missiles, which were stashed under a shipment of lumber.

The notes of Attorney General Eric Holder indicate that he was well aware of the intention of the UK to release the bomber of Pan Am flight 103, and there is zero indication that Holder did anything to stop the release. he only expressed his fear that the bomber would get a public hero's welcome that might make everyone look bad.

In other words, the release itself was not the big concern to the Obama administration who did noting to stop it, and possibly agreed to it. Only the possibility of a PR disaster if Libya didn't play along and ended up giving him a huge hero's welcome, was the primary concern. Which of course, is exactly what happened. In any normal country, this would be investigated as a national disgrace. Governments have fallen on lesser outrages.
